You will need to be a little mode descriptive.

What password are you typing in and on what computer.

If I may make a suggestion.

Don't use any of the Migration systems. Just copy your Data over to the Mac.

The Mac can't run Windows programs so you don't need MA to set any of those up.

If you didn't use the exact same user name and password that was on your PC on your Mac then MA will create another user on the Mac, making it harder to get to your Data.

None of these system work as expected whether it is from Win to Win, Win to Mac or Mac to Mac.

    Not so.

If you use Setup Assistant on your Mac when it first starts up, whatever you transfer to your Mac will be in a single user account.

If you use Migration Assistant later on, whatever you transfer will go into a new user account.

See OS X Lion: About Windows Migration Assistant for details.

Excuse me you just stated the same thing as I did, that was After you said Not So.

What did you think the letters MA meant.

No, what you posted was "If you didn't use the exact same user name and password that was on your PC on your Mac then MA will create another user on the Mac."

Both Setup Assistant and Migration Assistant create a new user account on the Mac, regardless of what was on the PC.

It doesn't matter in most cases -- just trying to be precise.
