No, you can't. iCloud access on the phone requires iOS 5.
If you have a 3G, you can not be running 4.3.3 as indicated in your profile. The 3G tops out at 4.2.1. If you have a 3Gs, as would be indicated by running 4.3.3, then you need to upgrade to 5.1.
