Q: Spining wheel appears in Safari & Eclipse Helios application on Macbook Pro

Hi All,

         Spinning wheel appears  very oftenly when I select any options from menus or via right click options in Eclipse Helios application. I have to wait for few seconds for the application to respond. Even I have same experience on safari while navigating or saving web content on to hard disk. What I need to do, to get best performance of Macbook Pro. Currently I'm using MacBook Pro for Java development activities using open source applications available on net. Some Plugins/Add on's when installed corrupts my existing eclipse/safari, makes unable to revert back to earlier state of application. Unable to quit Safari to shutdown system.

Please share your thoughts and be appreciate to help people in Mac World.
