Q: add memory to Ibook powerbook 3, G3

Hi,

how much memory can I add to an Ibook G3, I want upgrade it to Leopard. right now I only have 256 MB of memory.

Hi, and welcome to Apple Support Communities.

You can add a 512 MB module to the one available RAM slot, but you won't be able to upgrade a G3 iBook to Leopard. Tiger (Mac OS X 10.4.11) is as far as you can go with it.
