Was just looking for Chinese keyboard layouts but didn't find one. Would the Taiwanese one be an acceptable alternative?

    Go to Apple Menu >> System Prefs >> Language & Text >> Input sources.

     

    There are several options for both Simplified and Traditional Chinese in the list.

    HT2841 shows hardware keyboards.  For China normally an English qwerty physical keyboard is used, with whatever input method you want from Input Sources.  For Taiwan the Taiwanese hardware keyboard is used, which has the symbols for the Zhuyin and Cangjie input methods printed on it.
