When is Logic Pro 10 coming out?

Probably very soon since Apple has recently given all their Apple store employees free download permissions for Logic Pro 9 from the App Store for the first time last month (March 2012).

Is there a Logic pro App for Ipad/iphone available?

That would be interesting, though, given the size of the downloads, the iPad would have to be quite fat.
