Rights

Hello, I was just wondering what the rules are regarding music creation with garageband. If I for exampel use garagebands instruments to creat a song, can I then publish it, and tell it's my own song, or do I need to inlight the people who listen to the music, that it has been created with garageband? I am not so much into all the rules and so regarding publishing things like that.
