Read Aloud into iTunes

I recall having seen - somewhere and I can't recall where - a feature of some program, that would "read aloud" text directly into an iTunes audio file. That, so that you can later listen to it on your iOS device.

Does that sound familiar to anybody?

To clarify, I'm not looking for a means of recording myself reading the document. I mean that the app, whatever it was, would itself text-to-speech the text document directly into an audio file in my iTunes library. That is, it would synthesize an audio file containing the sound of reading the text document in English and then stuff it into my iTunes library.

I'm pretty darned sure I saw that feature on some app somewhere, and told myself that I'd like to try that out sometime. Unfortunately, I forgot where I saw that feature.
