Q: Not letting me download

So... the installer saves to my desktop the way that I want it to but when I click on the installer this pops up "c:documents and ...itunes.exe in not a valid Win32 application." Please help

Windows XP, my computer is awful!

In the course of your troubleshooting to date, have you worked through the following document?

iTunes: Windows reports that "iTunesSetup.exe is not a valid Win32 application"
