I have a Epson Stylus SX440 that showes up two times under "Shared" in "Finder".
One as a "Mac" called "Epson Stylus SX440" and the other as a "PC" called "epson130f59".
There is no problem with the printer. It's just irritating to watch all the time...

It has to do with windows sharing.
Check this out:
Sounds like you might have SMB (Windows) Sharing turned on.
To check, go to the System Preferences and click on Sharing. In the list on the left click on 'File Sharing' then there is a little button on the top right called 'options'. In the drop-down that appears check that SMB sharing is un-ticked.
That should fix it!

What if the OP needs that option checked to share files with his Windows PCs.
In any event I doubt that is the cause.
I have networked printers and they don't show up at all in the Devices list (Read Below) I also have several Windows PCs that also use those printers and I have that option checked so I can share files between all my computers.

Check all computer that are using that networked printer that they are not also Sharing it.
When I installed my networked prints the default setting in OS X was to Share the printer. That can cause the printer to show up more then once. This will also happen on windows PCs.
