I keep trying to update my iphone 4 to 5.1 and everytime I try to get a error saying
"there was a problem downloading software for the iphone, the network connection could not be established". I have updated itunes, and my windows software.
I don't know what problem is and can't find anything online to help me with this problem.

tried again today still can't update, & tried to contact Apple to see if there was a problem. All they wanted was to sell me a applecare cause my 90 days is up. But couldn't answer the simple question is the network having a problem? Getting ****** at Apple for first time....
