Audio files still on iPhone?

So I now realize how quick automatic downloads can fill up my iphone4 (not iphone4S). I turned off downloads and reset my music sync to nothing and thought it would wipe all my audio files. My phone shows zero music and I don't use it to take voice memos, I have zero movies and zero podcasts, but the itunes interface still shows 1.51G of audio on my phone? Where are these files and how can I delete them?
