My friends with iphones say that when then get a text messege from me it is from my email address. i dont know why it is doing this but i need to fix it.

settings - message - receive at - click there to change to #
Go to "settings", then "Messages", click "Receive at", click "Caller ID" and select your number.
it shows my number and says verifying beside it but its grey and will not let me click on it
Let it verify your number first. Then go to "caller ID" and select your number, instead of your email.
When another iphone gets my messeges they get it from my email address? why and how do i fix this?
