How can I migrate the entire content of my current iPad to the new iPad 3 once received?
I would like to give my current iPad to my wife and how can we set it up so she has her own content on it going forward?

either back it up through itunes or through icloud.
then restore the new ipad from that back up
back up in itunes
plug in device >when finished syncing right click(if on mac control click) on the name of device under the device tab> choose back up
when you plug in the new ipad it should prompt you to restore from back up or set up as new. choose the correct back up.

settings>icloud>storage and back up> turn on icloud back up>back up now
you have to be connected to wifi to use icloud.
