Memory Upgrade MacBook Pro Early 2008

Hi everybody, I am currently upgrading my RAM (again) for my 2008 Macbook Pro and I am adding a 4GB chip in addition to what I have (currently 2x2GB chips, one is being removed while the other stays in) for a total of 6GB.

My question is does it matter where I place the new chip such as top or bottom of the memory rack? I remember from my PMG4 DP800MHz that it was always best to place the higher capacity chip in slot #1 and the smaller chips in 2 then 3, in order to receive the most opimtal performance.

Thanks in advance!

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.3), 2.6Ghz Core2Duo, 750GB HDD 4GB RAM
