Q: When I use this app I can see my library but it won't play on the iPad.....I noticed that when I play a song it only plays on the computer...not the iPad....need help

Settings are ok...and volume too....what's happening?

What app?
If you mean remote, it's used to control iTunes on a computer.
It does not play the content on the iPad.

Try reading up on homesharing.

I read what you told me to...yet no answer....I don't see the shared libraries on my iPad. I have homesharing on ....but still can't play songs I already have....

To help you it would be best if you state which app you are using. If you want to play the music from your itunes library on your iPad while connected to the network as your computer I would advise you to use home sharing. First follow this article to set up home sharing http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4557 . If you still have issues with home sharing then follow this article http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2972 . Just follow the articles from beginning to end to resolve your issue.
