Keeping getting email notifications on discussions.

I keep getting email notificiations for support forum discussions even though I turned off ALL email notificaitons several weeks ago,

iMac Iphone4, Mac OS X (10.6.5)

Go to this discussion itemand make sure you have checked all of the places Frank points out...there are a lot of spots to hit.
