iPhone 4 died after software update, won't stop vibrating

My phone was working fine until I tried to update the software. I then plugged it into a power source and chose the setting to update software.

It then went to a grey screen with a thin line horizontally across it, then waited an hour and did a hard reset, it came back with basically the apple and a grey cross, another hard reset and all the colors totally pixilated, another hard reset and now it wont stop vibrating. Hard resets no longer work. Help!
