I was perfectly happy with my Iphone 4 (iOS 5) Imessage until I updated the new software that appeared in the settings icon today when i became unable to send any Imessage. All my imessages now are (Not Delivered). Note. Im using Wi-Fi
Any help is greatly appreciated.

did you tried disable/enable imessage in settings?
yes it is ON
try to reactivate. Put it off, then on again, and activate imessage again. For a lot of people that works.
Switch the iMessage service off and then on again, and I hope it will work!

iphone that i have seen in this week have the same problem

I am having the same problem! Only, my iMessages are apparently sending, even though they're telling me they're not. I am so confused and it's ******* me off! I've tried hard resetting my phone, I've tried turning iMessage on and off. It's also doing it on my computer, when I use iMessage beta on Lion.
Any thoughts?
