iCloud restore

Hi, I just got my iphone replaced at the gunius bar. When i try and set the new iphone up and procced to restore from icloud. It will not show the iphone backup i had.

If i set up new phone and then go into icloud and sign in. The backup is showing there. So i tried to reset and try restoring again but again the back up wont show up?

Can someone please tell me a solution?
