Sold Old iPhone, How to Make iTunes Forget It

I just sold an old iPhone. I seem to remember that iTunes limits apps to 5 devices. How do I tell iTunes that the old iPhone is no longer authorized for those apps? Note that I no longer have the iPhone.

iTunes authorizations are for computers, not devices. There is nothing you need to do.
