Q: My Time Capsule has stopped backing up - each back up fails and I don't understand why

Hi - I set up my Time Capsule several weeks ago and it was backing up fine - but now it's stopped backing up and gives me an error message:

 

The backup disk image "/Volumes/Christine Neufeld's Time Ca-1/Kevin's iMac.sparsebundle" is already in use

 

Does anyone have advice on what to do?

 

I have an iMac and my wife (Christine) has a MacBook Pro - both use the Time Capsule for wireless and backups
