Sending Email on iPhone 4

Help! I've been put in charge of setting up email on co-workers iphones. I just recently upgraded to iphone4 and had no problems getting mine set up (AT&T carrier). However, my co-works have switched carriers to Verizon (from AT&T) and I cannot get them to send emails. I've tried cwmx.com....no luck. I set up SMTP: outgoing.verizon.net and it then gave me message that server did not relay. I even set up an vzwmail account. I need to know what SMTP server to use!! Thank You!!!!

Contact Verizon support and ask them.

google verizon email settings for iphone and it should come up

You would use the SMTP information for the particular email provider. Contact the email provider or check their website for the settings.

It is through our work email. We have AT&T as our DSL provider. I've tried our remote.company.com server - did not work. On my phone - which is AT&T provider - I use the cwmx.com SMTP server. They receive email just fine on their phones, just can't send.

Verizon told me to contact IT dept. I am currently trying the settings from Verizon's site....I keep getting message that user name or password is incorrect!
