I received a phone call and once it ended the phone screen went blank.
I tried to do the home button and power button 15 second hold.
But it doesnt work.
I can hear my calls and emails come in and the phone screen stays blank.
What to do? Can apple fix this. I got the phone in Decemeber its only 4 months old.

If the restart didn't work, you can try connecting it to iTunes and restoring from backup.
Can i use another PC to do the back up restore if i am backed up to my icloud?
My normal PC is unavailable to me right now.
My iPhone 4S screen went blank. i cant get it back even wheni try to doing a hard reset.
