Help! I just did the software updgrade, and ever since when I answer a phone call OR when I make a call, the normal "menu" screen pops up, but immediately goes to the keypad. Sometimes I don't even see the "menu". I've tried checking settings, but it doesn't have an option to change it at all.
Any suggestions?
I know that.. What I'm saying is, instead of starting with the normal "home" or "menu" screen while in a call, it goes to the keypad. This is mostly a pain in the *** thing I can't seem to fix. I use speaker a lot and it's just an annoying extra step I've never dealt with before.
What "menu" are you talking about?
The one that has all the options like to mute or go to speaker phone. It has six buttons.

Tap "Hide Keypad" in the lower right hand corner of the screen when the keypad is displayed to return to this screen.
Have you tried any basic troubleshooting, like re-starting the phone?
I've tried everything short of restoring it, which it looks like I'm going to have to do. Cest la vie. Thanks for your help.
