I have found a firewire connection in the car I bought.

I have found a firewire connection in the car I bought,I have discovered these plug into an apple mac port but I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to convert this to run an ipod in the car? I have tried looking for adapters but all I get is one that goes from an ipod to a firewire port, not one that goes from a firewire cable itself to the ipod. I have included some pictures of this cable, although they're not very good quality, in the hopes someone can recommend a way to be able to play my ipod mini in the car.
