My icloud wont show my photos, even though i backed them up?

I went to the apple store, and my phone was so messed up, that the applestore guy had to restore my phone.

Once he did that, it went back to the orginal settings, than he said once i log on to a computer my icloud and

everything should be there.

Sadly, it is not.

What can i do?!
