I recently updated 4s software to 5:1 and was wondering if anyone else had noticed you can now get into pin locked handset without the pin?
Use camera shortcut to enter camera
Take pic
Click into camera roll
Press home
You are now in handset and pin code wasn't required. This seems an obvious security fault !

Pass code has only ever been required when your phone is locked.
Your phone is only protected by the passcode after the Auto Lock time interval has elapsed as set in Settings > General.
The camera shortcut does not change this,
