Where do I post questions about problems with the online store?
i.e. how do I log out of my store account at store.apple.com?, and
how do a search using my order number if it's not showing up in my account?

There is no Apple Support Communities forum dedicated to the online store. For problems with it, call Apple at the appropriate phone number for your country - in the USA it's 800-692-7753, see the online store web site for your country. We are just other users here so can't really help you out. You need to talk with Apple.
