Q: airport extreme / airport express and AirPlay

I have a new Airport Extreme base station and a new Airport Express. I want to set up the Airport Express to connect wirelessly with the Airport extreme so I can send music from iPhone, iPad and iTunes to the Airport Express which is in my stereo cabinet. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
