WHAT DOES....

Hello!

I just started getting these popups tonight, "WE COULD NOT COMPLETE YOUT ITUNES STORE REQUEST. AN UNKNOWN ERROR OCCURED (4001). THERE WAS AN ERROR IN THE ITUNES STORE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER". What does this mean? It's not letting me use iTunes Match account. Every time I try to start iTunes Match account, this popup popsup. Anyone know what it means?
