Apple iPad 3 16Gb Wi-Fi 4G

Hello everybody.

I'm buying the New iPad on eBay this week. But there is some questions.

1)If this iPad was pre-ordered in Apple Store as Verzion model,will it work with Russian mobile operators in 3G?As it listed in description of the model, diapazons of mobile networks are the same as Russian.

2)Will it have Russian localization?

iPad 2, iOS 5.0.1

i would call Apple and your provider just to make sure.

It's supposed to be a world phone and work with GSM networks. You probably won't get the most desired speed of 4G LTE but

3G.
