i want to get my photos into my photo stream. i was wondering if i can connect my iphone to the internet(not wifi) and it still tranfer my photos to photo stream?

Photo Stream is populated with NEW photos, as you take them. If you want older photos on your iPhone, sync them thru iTunes or iCloud from the photo app on your computer.

i took the photos today. but im not able to connect to a wifi b/c there isnt any by my house. but i have internet at my house so i was wondering if they would still sync over if i connect my phone to my internet cord..
You can't connect an iPhone to an 'Internet' cable. The iPhone connects to Internet via Wi-Fi or your phone data plan.
You can also sync your files to your computer via the USB cable that came with it. Music, books, apps, etc, are synced to iTunes. Photos need to be transferred to a photo app.
You really should read the user manual.
i read some of it and i didnt see anything about the usb thing. but thanx i got them on my laptop now.
