Press and hold the D key before the gray startup screen appears? It must be C to perform hardware test, not D, right?

That's the thing, it wasn't doing it with DVD or without... However, I solved it by installig a third party RAM checker and is okay. Thanks for hepling!


It turned out my MAC boot up too fast into the gray screen and I wasn't holding the "D" key long enough... I found out about it after I've installed the third party RAM checker.
