itunes does'nt recognize my iphones

Hello


Since last november, itunes does'nt recognized the iphone.

This one was a 3GS. I changed for a 4. That doesn't matter.


I have a Macbookpro (OS 10.6.8).

Itunes is updated. And IOS too.


Three curious things :

  • iPhoto works with the iPhone
  • if I reinstall OS to 10.6.3, it works
  • but in this case, the appleApps in iTunes are in grey : not accessible


Who has the beginning of an answer ?

Did you try to reinstall Apple Mobile Device Service?
