how to I export a primary representation of approx 5mb?

I need to export primary representations of my 30" promos from Final cut server so I can upload them to websites etc. When I do this they come out as huge files, how can I reduce their size to around 5mb?

To reduce the size of an export, you will need to use a Transcode Setting, otherwise you will be getting the unmodified primary representation.
