Is there anybody out there??? I tried "reporting a problem" with an episode of the series that is missing. When i hit "report a problem option it takes me to the same page: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/#video_purchases... which tells you you can send a report by hitting that same "reporta problem" option... It used to work and people did get back to me within 24 hours... What do i do now?

Thank you, fellow user! Are you saying that "report a problem" via iTunes store is not an option anymore? Took me a while to report using "Express line"...
It's still an option, but I've not found it to be completely reliable.
