Every time I try to export my video, shot with a Canon 7D, it looks squished! I need it to be in HD for youtube. I have looked up every possible tutorial on youtube, and nothing is working to get rid of the squeezed look. I have even tried Compressor, and it makes the video tiny. Help?!

Compressor will do the job. You're seeing the problem cause your video has rectangular pixels and computer screens should have square pixels. Try duplicating the apple: formats: quicktime: h264 preset and customize it in the geometry panel with pixel dimensions as 1920 x1080 or or 1280x720 with square pixels. For best quality, make scaling in the frame panel to best quality. You may need to adjust the quality in the quicktime video settings to get the file size down.
