Dead G5 iMac - LED 1 is on

I have a 20" G5 iMac with iSight that will not power up. No chime or screen activity. The first diagnostic LED is on which I assume means the power supply is OK, but the other LED's are off. Can anyone recommend what trouble shooting steps to take next?
