Q: If I were to lose my iPhone but I don't have an iPad to load the find my iPhone app how can i find it?

Use any computer to go to

Login with your Apple ID and choose Find My iPhone.

You should be able to use Firefox with the iCloud.com website, which has Find My iPhone.

You don't have to install anything, it's a website.

You don't install anything on your computer.  Use any browser (such as Internet Explorer) to login to iCloud, then use Find My iPhone there.

I don't understand. How does Find  my iPhone work from "any browser"?

I have a PC with Firefox, go to icloud.com, type in my Apple ID and password and come up with a pop up that tells me to install icloud and won't let me on the website.

iCloud is set up correctly on the phone, and everything works fine from my Macbook (tested).

What I'm trying to achieve is the same as the OP - if I lose the iPhone, I would like to quickly locate it using iCloud from any available browser, such as a public terminal or someone's internet capable mobile phone.
