iOS 5.1 Multi touch problem

Hello to everybody. After updating my iphone 4S and my wife's iphone 4 I've noticed this bug. Multi touch function is not working correctly on 5.1

When I try to zoom in or zoom out with two fingers, my touch sreen reacts much worse then before. In fact, first 10mm of movement nothing happens. Only after that touch screen starts to react and zoom out or zoom in. On 5.01 everything was fine, touch screen reacted immediately after I tryed to zoom in or out. This happens on both 4 and 4S so I made a conclusion this is a bug in 5.1.

Can someone confirm this ?
