I upgraded to iOS 5.1, and shortly after, my connection to the gmail Exchange server stopped working, saying:

 

Cannog Get Mail

The connection to the server failed.

 

I've tried deleting and re-adding the account, changing my password, and completly restoring my phone, but I still get that message when I try to check my mail.

 

I can, however, set it up as a regular gmail account, and that works just fine. Furthermore, my calendar works when I set up the Exchange account, it's only the mail that doesn't. I can also see all of my gmail labels if I look in my mailboxes, but I can't receive data.

 

What might be preventing my Exchange account from checking my mail?
