Customer said he tried to send email using Apple Mail but couldn't because the send button was greyed out. Said a bad address in his list was the issue. Anyone seen that?

Look for typos, erroneous spaces, and punctuation hovering the mouse pointer over the address. Mail tries to auto identify the address when inserted in its destination fields, and you have to hover the mouse over it, or click on it to reveal the actual address being sent. In some versions it may be a control-mouse click. Remember all e-mail addresses are in the username@subdomain.domain.domaintype where subdomain is not always shown, and domaintype can be .com, .net, .two letter code for country, .tv, .info, .org, .gov, .mil. If you aren't certain the customer's proficiency in undrestanding your instruction, it is strongly recommended you ask them to send you screen captures of what they see if you can't be there physically.
