Disable airplay in iPad

So you need the iPad to be on the same wireless network as the Apple TVs?

I'm not finding a way to disable Airplay directly other than to turn off WiFi, and that of course takes you off your wireless network. If they were on different networks, that may work.

You can turn wireless mirroring on and off, but it sounds like you are talking about the ability to Airplay directly from the App with that handy little button right in the player.

Does she need Internet access? or is she playing with stand alone apps?

you can set a password in your apple tv airplay setup. just go to the settings in apple tv, and there you can configure airplay

That's easy. DON'T GIVE AN IPAD TO AN INFANT. She needs parents. Not electronics. *** is wrong with parents nowadays?? How about toys? Give her those to play with

Now we have to have apple TV v. the old way which was plug it into a TV and mirror and it works....
