I have an Iphone 4 that i got from AT&T But i have moved to a different country and was wondering if it was possible to get it factory unlocked by apple

AT&T does not unlock iPhones. For any reason. Ever. Sorry.
Is it possible to send it to apple and they unlock it and i pay for that to get done?
No only carrier can unlock the iphone
you could do it yourself but it is not suggested as it voids warranty etc.
I'm not worried about the warranty at all i just need to be able to use my phone

However, that is not a factory unlock which is what the OP requested information about.
