New 1080 apple tv .. Dark picture. Rgb PC levels only

The new apple tv isn't allowing me to change the HDMI video level (hdmi high / low in the settings menu)

Pretty sure it's only outputting PC levels.. which is creating a dark picture.

Tv settings are calibrated to HDMI Video levels as they should be.

Bluray and Roku box are displaying properly, but new Apple tv 2 is not.

Tried different resolutions.

-Panasonic Plasma through Hdmi/dvi cable .

I have the Apple TV 1080p with a panasonic plasma - G10 series. I have 4 choices of HDMI output - Auto, YBrCr (or something like that), RGB high and RGB low. I could barely tell the difference when I selected each of these. I thought the color and brightness were off a bit so I ended up toning down the brightness and contrast on the TV and choosing a cool color setting. The THX setting on the TV made the picture from the Apple TV pretty dim. I've left the Apple TV HDMI output as Auto.

I have a Panasona Plasma as well connected Hdmi/hdmi and am getting a blue shift in colors from the 1080p apple tv until I change the HDMI output to RGB high and then the colors are correct. The problem is that the color shift does not stay normal. I used the Apple TV yesterday and after waking it, the colors were blue again. I had to go into the HDMI output menu and change it to something else and then change it back to RGB high to restore the color.
