Q: i need to reinstall mac os x on my mac mini. i am using a normal keyboard and cant get into mac utilities...helllllp

cannot find how to get into mac utillities with a normal keyboard on my mac mini(mid 2011). i have many problems with it being very slow to start and programs have vanished.i have 8gb of ram so this should be perfect and i use it everyday.but there are huge probs i can feel it and see.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.3), also own a mac mini

Hi Peter,

When you say normal KB, is that USB or Wireless?

What Utilities are we speaking of?
