Q: The body of my mail won't load...

The body of my mail won't load on my iPad on all my accounts. The details (From, To, CC and subject line) all load, but not the body of the email. Help. I've dealt with this for two days.

Try using multitasking to close the apps in the background. Make sure you clsoe the mail app also.

    Reset your iPad. Hold down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo appears on the screen - ignore the red slider bar - let go of the buttons and let the iPad start up.

    Close the Mail app and is going to work.

     

    How to:

     

    1 - Go to Home Screen

    2 - On Home Screen, double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar.

    3 - Press and hold any Mail app until it start shaking.

    4 - Press the " - " in top left of the Mail app, it will close the app, don't worry about this.

    5 - Press Home Button to go to Home Screen.

    6 - Open Mail and the body mail will be there.

     

    If that doesn't work then do a reset and see if they show after the iPhone has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPhone equivalent of a reboot.
