Is it damaging my battery if I keep plugged in to AC Power while using it?

I have a late Macbook Pro 13''

I using it at home about 10 hours a day. so it's allways plugged in to AC Power while I'm using it, and when I'm not using, I disconect it from Power.

I want to know if this damage my battery OR not?

Or should I running my Macbook on Battery? and recharge it (and cycle monthly ... )

Thanks

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7)

No. You can't overcharge, as charging automatically stops when your battery is full. It's fine to do what you're doing.

There's a difference between leaving your AC adapter plugged in ALL the time and leaving it plugged in most of the time. If you never use your battery at all, it will deteriorate prematurely. If you use your machine on battery power for at least a couple of hours every week, you can leave it plugged into AC power the rest of the time with no ill effects. But that is not the same as leaving it plugged in ALL the time.
