Hi and yes, it's been posted many times but happened to me today.
Bomb Fly and Cool Closet apps were unauthorized app store purchases from a previously unauthorized computer.
Who do I contact to try to get a refund and how to prevent this from happening again?
Bummed.

I went to the app store to see what apps were downloaded and with Bomb Fly one comment was left in reviews:
"Spam Hacker. Did not even download...watch out for this guy."
The other, Cool Closet, not even listed.

Follwing up:
Apple emailed me within minutes of contacting them. I will be refunded $7.98 of unauthorized purchaes.
That was fast! Please remove Bomb Fly from App Store now.
